How the security deposit works
The deposit is a refundable amount held while you have the car. It is not a rental charge.
- When you pay it: Before or at handover, by credit or debit card.
- What it covers: New damage, fuel shortfall under the same-to-same policy, and any traffic fines issued during your rental.
- When it comes back: After the car is inspected at drop-off. If nothing is found, the full amount is released.
- What can be deducted: Only costs linked to your rental, such as a refuelling charge or the cost of repairing damage that was not recorded at handover.

Why deposits differ between cars
Deposits broadly follow the value and repair cost of each car. Higher-value models such as the Defender, Mustang, X5 and C300 Cabriolet carry ₹50,000, while cars such as the 520d, Q3 and Mini carry ₹20,000.

The car
The single biggest factor. A two-seat roadster or a Defender costs well over double an Audi Q3 per day.
Season and dates
Rates are “starting from” and can vary with demand. The Christmas and New Year fortnight is typically Goa’s busiest period, when popular cars book out early.
Rental length
We have not published multi-day or weekly discounts. If you are hiring for a week or more, ask our team whether a longer-rental rate is available.

Use this list so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Fuel: Same-to-same. Return the car at the level you collected it, or a refuelling charge may apply. Large petrol cars such as the Defender and Mustang use noticeably more fuel than a diesel 520d.
- Delivery and collection: Confirm whether doorstep or airport delivery is free or charged.
- Tolls: Some highway routes have toll plazas that collect electronically through FASTag. Ask whether your car has a FASTag and how tolls are settled.
- Parking: Paid parking at some beaches, markets and attractions is the driver’s cost.
- Traffic fines: Any penalty issued during your rental is your responsibility and may be recovered from the deposit.
- Damage: Repair costs for new damage can be deducted. Ask what the insurance covers and whether an excess applies.
- Late return: Ask how late returns are charged.
- Extra drivers: Confirm whether additional drivers are allowed and whether a fee applies.
- Travel outside Goa: Kilometres are unlimited only within Goa. Any trip beyond the state must be agreed in advance.
